Be A Conference Volunteer!

Calling all volunteers! NASPA IV-East invites you to be a conference volunteer. There are two roles you would play:
The Session Host is responsible for items such as introducing the presenter (if they so wish), distributing and collecting session evaluation forms, and encouraging conference attendees to seek out another session once your session becomes full. Typically each volunteer hosts one or two sessions throughout the conference.

The Registration Table Attendant is responsible for items such as attendee check-in, conference material distribution, and serving as an information hub and resource for individuals with questions. Typically shifts are two hours.

If you would like to be a conference volunteer please indicate your willingness on the Conference Registration Form. You will then be contacted by a member of the Conference Planning Committee. A brief training session will take place prior to the conference.

Special Events and Activities

Don’t forget to bring your school colors! On Monday November 3rd NASPA IV-East will once again host the “Wear Your School Colors” event after dinner. Champions Sports Bar on the 1st floor of the Downtown Indianapolis Marriott is the perfect location to catch up with old friends, make some new ones, and show your school pride!
